AACAF will be hosting our Black History Month Culture and Arts Celebration on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at the Lawrenceville Arts Center from 4 pm to 6 pm and we are inviting students and school art programs to participate in the event.

This event will provide a public venue for our youth to showcase to the community at large their creativity and artistry around the theme of Black history, culture and arts.

We are seeking YOUTH artists interested in performing and showcasing their talents on the grand stage at the Lawrenceville Arts Center. All modes of artistic expression are welcome, including, but not limited to:

  • Dance

  • Visual Art
  • Music
  • Poetry
  • Photography
  • Crafts
  • Vocal Artistry
  • Painting
  • Drawing

Interested students and art programs may submit their proposed artistic contribution by email to: info@aacaf.net.

Please include in the subject line “BHM LAC Submission” so we may quickly identify your email. Submissions must be sent no later than Friday, January 31st. Entries will be reviewed in the order received as we are limited in the number of performance slots and display spaces available.
